“Management of changes in the organization” – under this name, the first foundation training for the “second wave” regional hubs on the development of civil society organizations (CSOs) from 6 oblasts of Ukraine took place: Vinnitsa, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Poltava and Khmelnytsky.
Regional CSOs development hubs were created with the support of the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine under the project Civil Society for the Development of Democracy and Human Rights, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
Today there is a network of 15 public hubs, which include hubs of “first” and “second” waves. Zhytomyr region is represented by the Youth Public Organization “Modern Format”.
The “Management of Changes in the Organization” Training was held from March 13 to March 15, 2018 in the Creative Space “The Chronicle” in Kyiv. Coach – Andrew Donets, ISAR “Jednya”.

The training program logically combines the key internal and external aspects that affect the activities of organizations. During the training, all participants had the opportunity to dream, do planning, and also analyze the factors that have an impact on the work of each member of the team in the organization and the organization as a whole system. Thus, the training has become a kind of preparatory springboard in organizational, institutional and programmatic changes, to meet with which all six regional hubs of the “second wave” are being prepared.
